Was told when I called my service would take 1 hour to an hour and 15 minutes. Service ended up taking over 2 hours and only then because I complained about the long wait. I could see my car up front thru the front door and there was no technician working on it for at least 20 minutes. Guess he took a lunch break.
I will not be returning to Freeway Honda. Not for service. Not to purchase my next car either. Its obvious the Service Dept has gone thru a major overhaul in personell over the years and the Customrer Service is just horrible. Best of luck to the dealership going forward. I am done.
