Micheal was great. I had two key fob batteries replaced. Why wasn’t I given the used batteries back? Other repair shops have always shown me the parts replaced. The car was on site most of the day why don’t you take 5-8 minutes and return a serviced vehicle clean? It could have easily been washed. I had the battery replaced. I asked to wash the engine bay it didn’t get done. Michael came out & did it himself. That’s service. The rear brakes done, oil change & inspection. All I paid $468.36 not a lot but you’d think a car wash would be done. The report came back showing that “under the hood” check fluid levels was red. I asked why you’re report doesn’t show those items were addressed? Mr. Miranda explained everything. U guys should ask your staff have you can improve your customer service. These individuals are the one’s dealing with us daily.
