I checked in my car at 835 this morning. Erick told me it would take about 1.5 hours. He said the car should be ready between 10:00 to 10:30. I waited in the waiting area. It was 10:40 but still had not heard from Erick and I only needed oil change and air filter replaced, simple task which I could have finished within an hour when I was working in Jiffy Lube years ago . So I went to look for Erick. The car was ready but he never tried to find me. He then told me I need to have my tires replaced. I told him it was too late and his only unbelievable comment was “it was within the time frame I gave you”. Very poor customer service and attitude. He could have notified me about the tires replacement earlier instead of hoping me would wait another 2 hours for another tires replacement service. To be honest, this is the second time I’m so disappointed with freeway Honda service. One time the guys even forgot to reset my service light when they gave my car back to me after service. I even wondered if they actually did change my oil.
My car is still under warranty and that’s the only reason why I’m still taking my car back to you guys but I don’t think I will ever go back to freeway Honda again
