I sent this email to honda customer service
I have 2018 Odyssey and recently noticed hard shifting around 25mph. I looked online, and found other owners complaining about the same issue, and found info on TSB 19-124 which describes the symptom of my car. Simple google search reveals various online forums, discussing the same issue. Today I visited Freeway Honda in Santa Ana, CA and they were not very helpful and refused to the software update as specified in 19-124. They simply said they could not feel the hard shifting, and due to lack of warning light they will not do anything. Can you find me a service dept. near me that can solve this issue?

Asked to check my bsck tire since it was making a noise, when my service was done they called me to state that if they were to check for the noise that it would take too long and that if I was sure I wanted them to go through with it... which I felt convinced in saying no instead of just doing what I had asked from the beginning.
