I feel more could have been done with my issues. The battery should have been replaced, no questions. The car has 19,000 miles on it and battery has died multiple times in the last 8 months. In addition, the steering wheel issues they could not observe continued right when I drove off the Honda lot. It's very frustrating to get the run around when I spent over $200 on simple maintenance (oil change,tire alignment) today and the other issues I had were not resolved. Jeff was nice and professional but I was not totally satisfied with my experience.
