Erick was very helpful and friendly. I felt like he was making sure I received the best service Honda could offer and at a competitive price. He seemed to really care about my vehicle. He even made sure I could find a waiting area that would allow me to maintain social distancing. So my personal safety was also a priority of his.

I Recommend having hand sanitizer at each station so we could sanitize after signing documents. Also having the valets carry wipes to wipe down the steer wheel and gears after dropping off the car.
