Always come here for my car service and have had the pleasure to be serviced by Jose he is very nice, respectful, and helpful. Jose is very communicative and explains everything in detail. My car has a crackling sounds coming from the radio/sound system and I drove it off the lot after it was “fixed” & it was not fixed. The sound came right back. And so I brought I straight back to the dealer. The your credit, I easily had a loaner van which I was grateful for. However even after they worked on it again, the crackling still comes and goes. Not happy with it! I also drove to San Diego and the whole sound system didn’t work again! So frustrating as this is a brand NEW car bought last month!
Still drives well but to have this problem is not good.

I was warmly greeted when I arrived at the service area! Michael was warm and friendly when he greeted me. Then Michael asked me what service I needed for my 2014 Honda Accord!m. I told Michael my battery died twice in the past 10 days and didn’t seem to be holding a charge. Also that I may due for an oil change. Michael checked out the service records and said I have 60% oil life but would have the technician due an inspection on my vehicle since it had be fall since I was last in. I liked the honesty and comfort level Michael provided. When I could not remember the name of the other service I was inquiring about Michael did not in any way make me feel dumb! It take a bit longer than I was advised but it was the day before a holiday so understandable. The technician did a great job, keep my car as clean as when I brought it in and the technician even put my clock to the current time after installing my new battery. I was given cold water twice, providing excellent service by everyone I encountered even in the sales area, and I was thanked for coming in! The entire service team rocks and made a not so great start of my day better with their care and kindness!
