My left front brake came apart on the freeway and I had to be towed home. Very unhappy and will be back Monday to have repaired. The technicians really need a double check system, to make sure they actually do the work, or finish the job. Very unsafe and very unhappy.

He was curious and was honest about getting to the bottom of my problem. The only negative was Uber canceled picking me up at the last minute, but I was very lucky a neighbor was home and I was able to get her to drive me back to the dealership. Good experience overall, but this is the second time I’ve waited about 5 hours before asking how long and then was told almost immediately my car is ready. Seems like it might have been ready earlier but I just wasn’t notified. I can’t be sure about that though. Also I thought car washes are complimentary but my car wasn’t washed. Still appreciate the service. Thank you.
