Hector provided satisfactory customer service. Although I was told the service was going to take 1 hour and 45 minutes, it took 2 hours and 15 minutes, it is okay however because I noticed the service area was very bus and I wasn’t in a rush to go anywhere. I appreciate Honda for sending me a text message to take my car in to service for a recall.
