Not the result that I want to hear but Matt was able to articulate the issue and was given a reassurance supported by pictures. dealership mechanic did not identify any oil leak although evidence of oil leak was evident under the transmission. They noted the issue and will check again on my first oil change. Matt made me comfortable that I was provided the appropriate solution to my issue. Thank you Matt

I just had to pay for a service that should have been fixed when I brought my car in 3 months ago. A bandaid was put on something that should have been replaced 3 months ago, so it feels like I flushed $400 down the toilet. Won’t be returning.
