I called to have the parts ordered for my car to find out less than 1 month later the price went up another $600. But I had my car towed to Freeway Honda to have the repairs done. It was picked up from my place at 12:00 pm. At 3:00 pm I received a text from Hector stating my car was in good hands and that he would keep me posted on the repairs the next day. Friday at 10:00 he sent me a text and asked me if I was going to still have my car towed there or not? I couldn’t believe it so I called him and he said they didn’t get it the day before but he would have someone go look for it. Over an hour went by and I sent another text and finally received an answer that they “found” my car. So I asked if they would still be able to complete the repairs today. No reply. 3 hours later sent text to get an update. No reply. Another hour called this time and was told they were “working on it” and they would try to get it finished today. They got it finished and I picked it up but it’s been 30 years since I’ve gotten such poor service from a dealership Especially since I’ve given them $5,000 in the last month for car repairs!!

Hector was professional, friendly, and awesome. I accidentally left my wallet in the car when I dropped it off. I came back to ask him for help, and he let me get the wallet out of my car. Definitely hope he helps me out again in the future.
