Jose wasn’t too bad but I wasn’t completely satisfied. I found the updates a bit lacking. For example, one moment the technicians are running diagnostics the next moment Honda ordered the transmission and my car is out of commission for about a week. I had no forwarding, It was really hard trying to drop the kids off at school drop my wife off and then pick my kids up and then my wife and all the while of trying to work. This experience really made me think about taking my car to Weir Honda or any of the other Honda dealers going forward.

Customer service regardless if it's a recall should be treated like any other business coming in for service. I will NEVER do business with this Honda Center. I waited exactly three hours for the service in that three hours I was never given the courtesy for any follow up let alone notifying that the work on the car was complete. I had to initiate the follow up. Then I waited outside for my vehicle for another 15 minutes only to be told by another employee that I had to see the cashier. Pathetic service.

I was a certified Automotive technician for 13 years. We currently own 3 Hondas and have owned 13 total. I service or repair our Hondas when I can. Although We live 4 miles away from two other Honda dealers. We drive 15 miles to see Saib when we need service and repair that I can't get to. Saib Gonzales has excellent listening skills, follow up and follow through. After dealing with him on multiple occasions he is earned my trust unlike many service advisors that I've dealt with over the years. I have and will continue to recommend Saib to friends family and anyone else I encounter that needs service or repair on their Honda.
