Rep said it wasn't busy but wait time was over an hour for oil and filter plus rotation. Still not that bad but after I paid the bill I waited another 20 minutes for my car to show up and that only happened after I asked one of the guys outside to get it.

Your procedure is lengthy-my car was ready but after 15-20 minutes after me giving reminder got ready for delivery-why Jose has to confirm in the system why not the person who worked on the car can confirm on the system? Also unnecessary papers to be printed-save tree
