The service advisor (Michael) was fair and did the best he could in terms of applying any discount towards my vehicle’s service. The problem i have is the tremendous markup by the greedy middleman dealer. If service and sales departments were run by Honda themselves (similar to Tesla setup), the pricing for service would be more realistic and fair. There’s a reason why buying cars direct from BMW and Mercedes Germany is CHEAPER than 3rd party greedy US dealerships.

Hi everything was good the only thing l suggest is that your employees don’t drive the cars too fast, as they were driving the cars out of the room where they fix them, they were driving around the curve too fast and pedestrians were crossing as they were getting out of the office of the service advisors. Since it was kinda like a curve it was difficult for the employees to see if someone was crossing and yet they were driving too fast not pausing to see if someone was crossing,
