Jeffrey was great! But the way Honda is handling this warranty issue and denying coverage for the evaporator is shady. I will be actively looking into joining the class action law suit against Honda Corp.

First I must apologize to Oscar for being so rude the last time I was there, but I was so very upset, and was told by Jaime Allen, that it must’ve been miscommunication, this last time Oscar was very kind, they got me a loaner, so I could go to work while they worked on my car, and I was able to pick it up the next day, I was reassured that everything was taken care of, and now I’m just hoping that my brakes are good, and I can maybe trust on the service again, They really tried to help me and I appreciate it thank you
