We woke up early (0530) to start our journey from Anaheim back home to Utah. At 6:15 when we hit the road we started experiencing car problems. We made our way to the closest Honda dealership where we were told that they would not have time for 24 to 48 hours to even look at diagnosing the problems with our car. We made multiple calls to many different dealerships in the area to see if they had time and were turned away by everyone except your dealership. Upon arrival we were put in touch with Kenya who was absolutely amazing to work with! She made sure that we were comfortable while waiting and since we were from out of town she moved our paperwork ahead of other local individuals. She promptly offered to get us on the list for the shuttle to take us to get food for my family. She kept as well informed and was there with every step of the process to make sure everything got taken care of as quickly as possible! Within a short amount of time we’re back on the road with a completely fixed car headed home to Utah. I could not have asked to be in better hands! Thank you to Kenya and thank you to everyone who physically had a part in repairing our car so that we could make our way home!
