I’ve gotten to know Hector at my last few service appointments. I like that I get a familiar, kind face each time I drop off. Hector remembers me, welcomes me back, says something about life (like how I had twin girls last time I was in). He never over promises - last time he said “we will be about an hour and a half, but allow us some extra time.” Then it was done in an hour! Nice way of managing expectations! Thanks Hector!
