Big shoutout to Oscar G. Moguel he made our experience such a smooth and successful one. As someone who has never owned a vehicle until I bought my Civic I left fully informed on my car's condition. He was 100% keen on helping. I came in for professional check on my A/C shaft seal. He was able to help us understand what needed repairing. Plus I had more issues that needed fixing and he gave me a heads us on that as well. Really helps save me the headache and time! Exceptional job. The waiting period was quicker than expected. Got my vehicle back and went about my day. The staff there is great and really friendly. Everyone offered to help when we had questions. I will definitely be returning. Please give Oscar a raise!! Seriously the dude really deserves it!! No joke.

Erick was fantastic. I came in very upset because I had just spent $4000 on repairs two days earlier, including replacing a seal on my recently rebuilt engine with low mileage that overheated and left me stranded on the roadside. Erick was calm and understanding, and took care of the situation and explained all to me. If it hadn’t been for the way Erick handled things as well as the service manager who approved covering most of the cost, I would have taken my future business elsewhere. Now I don’t think I’d go anywhere else.
