As promised Saib met me at the scheduled time, treated me courteously and listened to my concerns. He went over the needed maintenance plan as well as advising me that the tires needed replacing. As the work would take time, he provided transportation home. He kept me informed throughout by text, and sent transport to pick me up. My service provider Hector was helpful and friendly. When I was driving home the tire pressure prompt came up on my dash. I assumed they didn’t inflate my tires to factory standards. Turns out they just didn’t recalibrate the tire pressure in settings. This is not ok. They can’t miss things like this.

He also informes me of the longer wait time coz there were lots of cars aheas of me.He even told me abt the other waiting area on the other side of the bldg where the waiting is biggee. I didnt know that you guys have that bigger space. I have been coming in your facility for over 1 year and just found out abt that area theu Oscar. I was able to do my work while waiting for my car. He also explained what is being done for my car today and ran to me to give a print out of the multi point inspection svc of my car. I appreciate getting that print out. It was a great experience today bec of Oscar.
