I purchased a new car on credit, a 2023 Honda hybrid, from a Honda freeway dealer on August 21, 2023. When accepting the car, I encountered a problem; there was a scratch on the trunk lid; pointing out this defect, the manager said that we would polish it. But this didn't solve the problem. Further, while operating the car, we discovered a squeaking sound from the air conditioner, it appears when turning it on and off and when it is running. And also, looking at the trunk lid, we discovered corrosion, which we tried to hide by covering it with paint that didn’t match the body color. I ask you to correct all the above-mentioned shortcomings and malfunctions. When repairing and touching up the trunk lid, the cost of my new car becomes much lower, since repair work was carried out. I ask you to recalculate the cost of the car, because we purchased a new car, but the defect was hidden from us and the car becomes available after repair. I contacted the car dealership where I bought the car on 10.6.23 and explained and showed all the faults, they still haven’t told me anything intelligible! Please contact me as soon as possible to resolve the problem peacefully! Thank you!

I let him know that right front tire had a slow leak. I have to add air every 7 or 8 days. He said that they checked the tire and said there is no slow leak in that tire.
Now do you really thing your service technician did a though check on the tire?
That is why I was not happy with my service experience today.
