I came in to get my key fob fixed. I decided to do an oil change as well. They did the oil change and I ended up getting two other scheduled maintainence items done, brake fluid and transmission fluid. They did all this work. I go out to get the car and the key fob was sitting in the car still completely unrepaired and ignored. I was like what the heck and then after I had to go back in an inquire told me oh the key - yeah we can’t fix that. You need to order a new one. The whole reason I came in not resolved. So we are ordering a new key fob and I have to go back in and likely wait another few hours.

The service was not my issue Jose was great. But I was deeply disappointed with HONDA. I purchased a certified pre owned honda Civic14 months ago. And now my ac system is completely out with a cost of 2k to repair. Just 2 months after warranty. I hope Honda is able to help with a goodwill repair since the car is just at 40 k miles and just drove it for little over a year. This is my second Honda and 5th in the family I did not expect this..
