I came early in the morning. The service was fast and efficient. I left home and then I discovered that windshield wiper rubber was never replaced. I checked the report and it was marked in red unsatisfactory. So I called Saib. I asked if someone checked the windshield wipers, he said they usually do. But my question was when nobody replaced it. Also, they discovered that my cabin air filter is dirty. And they replaced it. But I don’t understand why on the inspection paper it was mark green, Saib said he changed mark to green. Saib was kind enough and understanding he sent the guy to replace the rubber- Ricky. I asked Ricky to check if the windshield wiper was replaced. We opened the hood and saw that windshield wiper liquid was not seen. I was even more disappointed. I spent $150 today and I relied on Honda service dealership to provide great care for my car as I only go to dealership to take care of it And I paid for the whole inspection, they forgot the rubber and top windshield wiper fluid. Now I’m questioning if anything else was done.
