I had asked for a very thorough inspection of the engine looking at the engine for noises and had ordered an engine tune up, I've never seen an engine tune up where the plastic cover was never opened. Hector said the spark plugs were never checked nor was the cylinder inspected for any excessive wear like I had asked.

After showing supervisor video of my car's display acting in crazy fashion on it's own and mentioning the blind spot monitor system has failed, his only reply other than calling and "opening a case" with Honda was that "everything has a shelf life". Now I know why this model is subject to a class action lawsuit. All service has been done at Honda for this low mileage top trim car ( 2017 w just over 25,000 miles ). Toyota next time
