Discussed this with Matthew already. Brought my car in for a 123 service. Received simultaneous text notifications to review the report and that my vehicle would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. Assumed that since the text stated my vehicle was ready for pick up, that no further action was needed. on my way home a sensor warning light turned on. Upon contacting Matthew, he stated that the technicians noted that the sensor light came on and included it in the report. Upon reviewing the report, a single comment was included about the warning, light, without any recommendation for further diagnostics. It is uncertain to me how I would know that my car needed further diagnostics as that information was not conveyed to me. Additionally, on the report, they were too additional service items that could have been pursued during this service visit. As mentioned above, the second text that stated my car was ready for pick up in 10 to 15 minutes. Seemingly implied that no further action items were required. In the past the service representative would reach out via phone call or a separate text. I had reserved most of this day for car service, now, this lack of communication requires me to schedule an additional time away from work to come back and pay for service, which could’ve addressed in a single setting. This is highly inconvenient and not the quality of service I have Grown to expect from your dealership.

I am a loyal Honda owner, as I have purchased 3 grey Honda pilots! On Sunday I was stopped at a signal and my Honda’s engine turned off on its own. I was mortified, frankly scared to get back in my car. I contacted Honda world, they could not get me in on Monday to check out my car so I contacted Fwy Honda, Erick was so kind and was truly empathetic with what happened to me, told me to bring my car in. Fwy Honda did a thorough job investigating the issue keeping my car overnight to be sure! As a result I will be making Fwy Honda the place that I take my car in to get regular service moving forward because I was incredibly impressed with the level of service I received! Thank you Fwy Honda for making my frightening experience less scary!
