Michael was amazing! He immediately identified the root cause of a metallic scratching sound coming from one of the wheels. Really awesome to work with and took good care of me. Even ordered me an Uber when he found out that I had to wait for the next shuttle. Michael is fantastic!

I brought my car for battery change but they created a problem with the hood ( I couldn’t close the hood on my car) Although they blame AAA for causing this problem while jumping my car they said (which is impossible) I left my car almost 12 days with them and this happened and they didn’t Accept the responsibility!

I will never go back to Freeway Honda, today Friday 4/5/24 I went to Freeway Honda to get my oil change as typically, but I was very happy because the day before Thursday 4/4/24 I called to schedule an appointment, the girl who helped me was a very nice girl and gave me an appointment for Friday 4/5/24, so today when I got there for my oil change the advisor Hector Gonzalez told me that the wait for an oil change could take between 2 1/2 to 3 hours , and immediately and happy I informed him that I have an appointment at 10:00AM immediately he shut my mouth telling me that appointments does NOT EXIST!!! I got in shock! Also Mr. Gonzalez attitude it was not like if he understood my feeling, because even that I asked him several times that how was possible that the person who answered the phone to arranged service appointments was not aware that appointments DOES NOT EXIST???? He mainly ignored me, so , How somebody can explain to me that Honda Freeway is lying to customers when we call to schedule a service , I called Service manager Jamie Allen. couple of times but I just got his voice mail, I wanted to find out if the service manager Mr. Allen was aware what they’re doing to service customers , well , if whoever receives this message think that I already said ENOUGH regarding my experience today at Freeway Honda , NO , here is the 2nd part , after I waited for 2 1/2 hours I walked outside and finally my car was there ready to go , but when I went to see the cashier she said that even that my car is outside ready to go if she doesn’t have the paperwork she can’t helped me, so , I went to see my advisor Mr. Gonzalez, but he wasn’t at his desk and people around informed me that Mr. Gonzalez left for his 1 hour lunch and my papers with my name were just sitting there on the top of his desk??????? and I said to myself definitely today here at Freeway Honda is not my day! So I went to kind of begged one of the others advisors there to help me , and HE DID! that’s how finally I got out of Freeway Honda, but, never again I want to suffer that nightmare!!!Thank you for whoever take the time to read customer’s complaints at least we feel that explained what happened put our frustration out, Thanks again!
