I’m going to contact Michelin thanks to the extra knowledge that Matthew shared with me about factory warranty of the tire that gave out to try and get a prorated refund
His volunteering that information is a testament to his desire to help customers in a very above the too often 9-5 attitude most workers possess.

Erik did everything great. Service at Honda needs to be more prompt on their timing of service they said it’ll be 4 hrs which was fine then when I had asked for the ETA on my car they said it had just been started at the 4th hr. So approximately it took 5 hrs to be done it’s ridiculous. But overall Erik was a great help with setting me up for servicing my vehicle.

My advisor Adrian Martinez was fantastic— 12/10! Kind, and so helpful. Excellent service.
The slight problem I had today was with the shuttle. The driver was great, no problem there. It just took an hour and a half to even get on the shuttle, and then by the time I was supposed to get dropped off, it was already time to go back. There should be a better system with the timing of the shuttle.
