Oscar my service rep was amazing. He educated me on my vehicles service needs and was very communicative during the day until my vehicle was ready. Even had a shuttle available to drop me off and pick me up. My car had a recall which was taken care of while it was there. I know I had stuff in my car, in which I understand the service technicians had to move things around to work on the recall, but they literally just threw all my stuff in the back seat without care. When I picked my car all my stuff was thrown in the back seat, It almost looked like if someone raided my car. I didn’t expect for them to put everything back where it was, but at least putting in the backseat neatly would have been great.
