My car was dirty. Without my consent dust was removed with the cloth and wasn't washed with water. It created more scratches. I had got paint correction done few days back. Everything was a waste. Terrible service. Such a shame.

Service dept advisor Matthew Waddington - excellent, no hassle, knowledgeable, personable, and also answered all my questions. He took care of having a recall fixed and my first maintenance service. Organized shuttle and sent me status for the progress of my car service throughout the day. Highly recommend Matthew, service staff, and shuttle staff since they all did their part very well!
