From answering questions & communicating to payment, to picking up my car after their department was already closed He found a way to make everything work for me so I wouldn't have to struggle. It took a long time to pull up my vehicle after service completed and paid for. I had to go inside to remind them again that they forgot to pull up my vehicle. Everyone else received their vehicle except for me even though I paid for the service before them.

Micheal Maranda was very professional and explained everything. I took my car in for a recall and I told him my drivers window squeaks when I put it down and the rubber on the window was loose and they fixed everything. It didn’t take a long time I was really happy with the service. I love coming here to freeway Honda they always take care of my car and love that I don’t have to wait for weeks to get an app to take my car in.

It was clearly a very busy day for the service department, but they were fully staffed and it went very smoothly
