I never had any communication either Mr Zermeno. My contact in the service department was Teresa, and she was absolutely incredible. She always kept me updated re what was going on with my car; she went above & beyond to get me a loaner vehicle; and she even got me a Prologue for a loaner! I assume that Mr Zermeno is very good at his job, as they estimated that it could be up to a week to figure out why the computer system in my car died. It was actually completed in a bit over a day. I’m very satisfied.
