My email address has always been correct on your system until today when I checked in and told the service advisor that I already changed the cabin and Engine filters and I’m doing my tires somewhere else. My email was miraculously changed to on the check in paperwork.
When I received the vehicle, the passenger side mirror was completely pushed out like it bumped into something.

Kenya was terrific in inspecting broken side view mirror and getting it installed immediately. So dangerous to drive without it. I am still checking to make sure blind spot indicator is working properly but overall very satisfied with your customer service.

Recall service done very quickly. Thank you to Michael for that. Only issue was when car brought up afterwards, there was a very strong odor of fuel inside the vehicle. I think some fuel was spilled inside of the vehicle. I had to drive my vehicle home with the windows partly down and a/c on to try to get the smell out of the inside of the car. Besides that, everything great!!!!

Please know that my wife and I have been having our vehicles serviced solely at Freeway Honda since at least 2018 (or possibly earlier). Never have we ever had a problem with any service we’ve received (we like your technicians, and have always considered you a 5-star facility).
Today for the very first time during vehicle pickup (drop-off was fine) we experienced some rather poor service by the young man who delivered our vehicle to us post-service. The young Asian man (we didn't get his name) drove our vehicle like he was a NASCAR driver, and almost had an accident as he exited the rear back area. At the last moment, he realized we were watching and slammed on the brakes and slowed down at the last minute. He then turned into the blue bench area and practically threw our key fob at us and proceeded to storm away. As a habit, I “always” do a 360-vehicle inspection before I accept my vehicle and leave your service area (simple common sense). I immediately found greasy hand prints on the hood of my white vehicle.
Before the young man could “run” away and escape I called over and asked him if he had a paper towel or cloth I could clean my hood with. He wouldn't look me in the eye and said he’d help me in a minute. He NEVER did, and when I asked him again he said he’d help us after he was done checking in another two (2) vehicles that had just pulled into your service area. I politely explained that we were there first, and that he had never finished handing off our vehicle to us to begin with (he replied with some snarky comment which I couldn't decipher and just continued walking away). In the end, he never did anything for us. He was rude, reckless, and incompetent.
At this point, my wife who had now sat in the driver's seat noticed that we had an engine failure indication on our dashboard. We stopped and restarted the vehicle several times and it would not clear. I therefore went back inside and spoke with the gentleman who originally took receipt of our vehicle for service. Mr. Matt Waddington (our Service Advisor).
To be clear, we really liked this young man. He was fast, efficient, professional, and extremely competent. He reviewed the situation and quickly informed us he’d have to have the technician review the dashboard error, and possibly reset the computer. I showed him the grease prints, and he was quick to resolve the mess via a microfiber cloth. He returned our vehicle to the service area, and 30 minutes later it was returned clean and reset. No other issues occurred, and we drove away.
If not for that single recalcitrant employee, we would have had zero (0) complaints. However, his behavior was so blatantly rude and obnoxious that I felt I should alert you to the situation.
