I had to bring my car in for an oil change and tire alignment. Teresa Hillstead took care of me right away and she updated me and answered my questions well enough for me to understand. The mechanic found a leak that I had to bring my car in again for an additional repair after they order a part for it. Teresa called me next day right after she was informed that the part came in. I was able to have my car back early in the afternoon.

I already spoke to someone at Honda about my experience. Unfortunately, I felt that the waiting process was very unprofessional and I lacked courtesy and care. I waited over an hour just to get a shuttle. There was no mention of how long the shuttle would take what the process is like just that I would be put on the list and come to find out 40 minutes of waiting my name was never on the list. I understand Saturdays can be busy, but that’s when it’s important to let your guests know that the shuttle may take a little bit longer. I shouldn’t have to ask you these questions. Plus, there was plenty of staff so it wasn’t like you were distracted by other customers
So after I finally put my name down on the list, I waited another 30 minutes. And once I did get my name down, I also saw the shuttle parked outside…By this point, I was very upset frustrated and needed to know more. I shuttled with another woman and asked the time of her arrival. In the process for her maybe 10 to 15 minutes and she got shuttled immediately. I talked to the shuttle driver about my experience and unfortunately his response was lackluster. He acted like as if he never heard somebody talk to him or complained about a situation at Honda. Not one sorry just an “Oh.” And I understand he doesn’t have the authority to make changes however, he seemed unprepared to answer. He did mention staff takes lunch. There may have been an oversight that’s understandable but once again there was no apology or “I’ll take this to my supervisor” or anything. I like this location. I bought my car here. I just want to let you know how my experience was this past time. It was not pleasant. Erik was great, but he unfortunately missed a step in getting the shuttle for me. Personally to me it felt that since I look so much younger than I am I wasn’t taken seriously. Because there was no reason I should’ve waited that long. And then to have an older woman who looks the part gets a smoother process in about 15 minutes.
