Service rep was great. I was not happy with your oil technician. There was spilled oil all over the engine compartment. I brought this to the attention of my service rep and he graciously got a rag and wiped up the leaked oil in the engine bay and apologized. Regrettably this is the second time this has happened while getting my oil change at this location. Additionally, there were greasy hand prints on my dash I had to get cleaned off. With an attention to detail needed for this job, I can no longer trust Santa Ana Honda oil technicians with my vehicle and business. I will be seeking another service center as a result for my future Honda needs.
