Javier didn't call me to tell me my car was ready, so I had to spend an entire weekend without it. When I arrived to pick up my car, he pretended not to look at me, not even to apologize, so I had to speak to the service manager to resolve the issue. It was all a waste of time, simply because he didn't call me back and make sure I knew I could pick up my car, so it was a waste of time and money.
