Hi,
The communication service was perfect. But, the brakes on my Honda felt very loose as if I need to press it harder to stop. It was not like this before.

I had just been told outside I needed to make an appt. So I went in to make an appt. Then Trinity said "Go buy the bulbs and we'll get someone to install them." Too sweet..I was so relieved to get that done. She was my helpful Honda person. Thank you Trinity.
