Anthony is good adviser and explain my questions and helper. but only one for disadvantage of Honda charges usb too slow and down 1% bettery, thats not speedy of car charge, i purchased 2021 new Honda to make me good.but i am disappointed of Honda car chargee.
One thing suggestion, Norm Reeves Honda needs to provide free car wash when we are in waiting room for maintenance service.

I had an appointment but it took 2 hours to get an oil change. It took me over 20 minutes just to talk to a service person. I looked out after an hour and a half and my car was done and parked. When I went up and asked why I want called I was told that they had to fill out other paperwork. I’d like to get my service done at the dealer but I think that Honda can do a better job at scheduling so that customers don’t have to wait so long. My service guy was nice but made it sound like that wait was normal.

Customer service was good but a defective parts was installed on my car. When I purchased the car it had a defective driver side mirror. I had to wait about four months for the part to come in and when it finally came in, the mirror is warped and distorts the image. Quite disappointing and now we have to order a new one and I have to drive back to the dealership Which is 40 miles from my house.
