Purchased 2 Hondas at the West Covina Norm Reeves over the years. Both vehicles paid off. We’ve serviced our vehicles there as well.
Between the 2d & 3rd week of October 2021, we had 2 Hondas serviced at West Covina Norm Reeves. One service tech (won’t mention his name) is difficult to get a hold of despite being the one who opened the ticket for the Odyssey and no follow through on the required service.
Valentino Fausto was the other service tech for the Pilot. Valentino was upfront with no gimmicks on the needed service. He explains in simplest terms what’s wrong with the vehicle and offers recommended service. Excellent service tech to work with.
However, with no contact or return calls/text message/voicemail from the Honda Service department regarding the Odyssey for almost 48 hours now, the vehicle is in their lot being IGNORED. They get the job done when they get to it, but it’s a waiting game in trying to get an update post 48 hours and counting.

Anthony has great customer service, I like in Korea town but travel all the way out there. The customer service is so much better. My motor mount was wasted, and they changed it. They left my car running smooth again. It was making so much noise before I took it in.
