I was hoping for customer service instead I return home with my car having more issues than when I took it in. I spoke to the service technician who worked on my car and he mentioned more issues than the service writer Anthony who then claimed he did inform me and seemed bothered to have to deal with me. The rear passenger side brake light was removed for the inspection and the. not correctly installed. I am very dissatisfied with my experience at your service department

My steering wheel and front dash is was scratched by the tech. Before I even drove off, I have an associate took pics for me as proof. I came back the next day to speak to a manager and was told they are off. Was assured I’ll get a call the next day. It’s 11/06 and I still have not received a call.

I made an appointment days before on the phone and when I went that day of the appointment they told me that they had no appointment of me on their schedule. What happened there? I don’t know! But the good thing was that they still took me in. I did have to wait hours to get my car serviced for something that was worked on so fast. I waited almost 5 hours and they worked on it for like 15 minutes. But the good thing about all this is first, that my car got fixed. And second, was the BEST customer service that I got from ANTHONY SANCHEZ. It’s not the first time that I’ve been helped by him.
