I had a question for Valerie and it was very hard to get a hold of her. I had one question for her and my car was completed before I was able to get a hold of her and ask if my spark plugs needed to be replaced as she mentioned when I dropped off my car. I don’t believe that my spark plugs were even checked at all. The video I received only shows the mechanic looking over the engine quickly and didn’t mention anything about the spark plugs. A second issue I had was Valerie said I will receive $45 discount based on the cost that u was going to pay, she even calculated the costs over the phone when I finally got a hold of her. When I got to the Norm Reeves to pay, she said that the amount of my discount was lower for some nonsensical reason. I’ve been going to Norm Reeves for decades, but the service I received today was disappointing.

I had ny car serviced in Late Jun with 4000 miles, how on earth could not the mechanic not noticed that?.
My extend Honda care warranty expired in Sept and now they telling me this. Either your mechanic is totally incompetent or they did not disclose on purpose so it warranty expire and can charge for it.
