I only take my car to be serviced by your dealership (and in the past took it to the Honda dealership in Alhambra) and never experienced this issue. After my car was inspected i was sent the link to select the services i wanted at 09:40am. i selected only 2 services to be completed 1) recommended maintenance service $134.95 and 2) front brakes $309.05. With taxes ($11.48) the total was $456.38. I took a screenshot of this total. At the time to pay i was told the total was $543.23! i asked why and was told because a third service was completed transmission fluid ($129.85) which i did not check off on the link i was sent. The associate said we had discussed it before but i never agreed to it and did not check it off that i wanted it done on the link. the associate said she could call her manager but the service was already completed. i was late and had to leave and was so upset just paid. If we are sent a link with the recommendations that we can approve or deny and i only selected 2 services that third service should not have been completed.

I didn’t receive a proper update regarding the fog light issue and the noise from the driver-side door glass window. I drove all the way from Woodland Hills, about 60 miles, since I purchased my car here. Unfortunately, I haven’t had a positive experience when discussing these issues.
The service advisor didn’t provide any positive response and only performed an oil change. Do I really need to travel this far just to get an oil change? I even mentioned that the Keys Honda showroom in Woodland Hills didn’t provide good service, which is why I came here.
Traveling from ZIP code 91367 to West Covina takes around 2 hours each way—nearly 4 hours total—and I’m disappointed with the lack of resolution. Based on this experience, I would rate it 3 out of 10.
