Got in at norm reeves at 7:40 am as scheduled but they finished the oil change at 9:20 am….normally I’m out by 8:45 am….it was a waste of time sitting there for more than an hour. So it’s a 1 star for this visit. The guy who checked me in was okay tho (forgot his name).
