The service department receptionist who answered my initial call for service was sort of argumentative in my questioning about how long it would take to service my car. She couldn’t give me a clear answer as to how long it would take, which is fine, but when I asked to connect me to someone who does I got an attitude. Furthermore, I never received a call back as to when the part that needed to be ordered had been received in order for my car to be serviced I had to call you guys. Besides that, the service was great and Carlos was very professional and courteous. Please keep him around!

I was charged more than what I was supposed to have been charged. Also I think that when you make an appointment for an oil change you shouldn't have to wait almost 2 hours. I believe I would have had to wait even longer if I didn't complain while I was there.

my car was just sitting down for an hour in a half and nobody was Absolutely doing nothing to it! They started to do the oil change till 6pm!!! and i got there at 4 PM and left at 6:20pm that's ridiculous worst service experience ever!!!
