Maybe this is a normal wait time for an oil change but almost two hours seemed a bit long. Wasn’t that busy this afternoon. The advisor didn’t alert me when the car was ready. That wasted time cause the car had been sitting there ready for about 15 minutes. Another advisor completed the paperwork.
