I brought my 2016 Accord, which was running perfectly fine, in today for an oil and transmission fluid change and left feeling very distressed about the handling and condition of my car after it didn’t run correctly, the malfunction indicator lamp turned on and it was pushed back to the garage to check what happened. The explanation I received was unsatisfactory as I was essentially blamed for it. Nowhere in my manual, the booklet or online, provides a maintenance schedule. Your own website says to change the transmission oil every 90k miles and my car is at 81k: https://www.normreeveswestcovina.com/honda-accord-maintenance-schedule-west-covina-ca
While the problem appears to have been fixed, I left feeling very stressed thinking that the wrong oil was put in, which caused the transmission problem, and there will now be underlying issues going forward. Hopefully that is not the case.

Thankful I was able to have help with getting my spare tire on last night after I got a nail in the tire.
