Trinity Guzman was a great and super helpful, from when I dropped my car off and picked it up. She explained everything that I needed done and even made recommendations. I’d recommend others to go ask for her when needing repairs for help.

My only concern is that I have an older car & it isn’t passing the smog certification. The part needed is out of stock so I’m stuck not being able to pass the smog certification & renew the registration. I’m contacting the DMV to see if I can get it resolved.

Samuel Tung was amazing on breaking things down for me, and also allowing me to express my concerns to the minute detail. He followed up with every concern and gave me a complete explanation of what he was able to do with the car and anything else additional that needed to be stated. He gave great follow-ups via text, and was very honest with the break downs when I received my car back. I’m the type of person that needs different ways of interpretations, and he was so patient and kind and gave me multiple variations until I was able to understand!
I feel very comfortable bringing any issues with my car to this associate, as i am very picky on who deals/work with my car.
