The customer service given to me by Ms. Trinity Guzman was excellent but the service to my car is questionable. I brought it in due to a low tire pressures warning. I was told I had a nail and that Honda could not repeat it; therefore had to buy a new one. I did. I drive home. Did not use the car until Monday. On Wednesday the warning light came on again. I checked the tire pressure with my own device the tires have the correct pressures according to the factory sticker on the car. Due to my working schedule, I get off at 5 and back to my West Covina neighborhood at 6:00-6:30 I have not been able to bring it back in. I called the dealer 12 minutes ago and they say they can’t help me today, even if it is tire related, until Monday. I can’t miss work. I am teacher. I wanted my warning light checked by you, Honda, since the problem was taken care of there last Saturday and the warning light came on again after driving it 2 days. Now I have to take my car to another tire place for them to check it and will have to pay. It’s not right. I thought the problem was fixed. Hi da said I needed a new tire and I did. I trusted that the problem was fixed. The warning light turn on again a few days later??? Last Saturday I was told I had to have an appointment except if it was for a tire service. Today I was told that even if it is for a tire service, they can’t see me until Monday. That’s contradictory to what said to me last Saturday. I feel I should be seen specially when the warning light came on again after the car serviced fir that sane reason a few days ago. That’s not right.

Trinity is great! I was being sent home because I didn't have an appointment, but she recognized me from past encounters and rescued me! The work could not be completed that day (needed parts). The following day I was to come back, but the technician found something else and so those parts were ordered for today. Repairs are complete now and Trinity kept me up to date of everything that happened over the 3 days of my "visit".
