The left home sick and told me some one is going to let me know when my car was ready but no one did I ask lady about and she didn't care . I went outside I didn't see it and I talked to antoni and he help me above and beyond there was things that the care need extra but no one told I said forget what happened with the supervisor he didn't took care for the client of the person who was sick I was upset

I sustained damage to my new vehicle from an issue I never would have expected to cause harm. I was extremely upset by the situation and requested to speak with a manager to see if a discount on labor could be offered. That request was denied.
As a result, I am not satisfied with the outcome. Given that I put down $20,000 on the vehicle and the issue was unforeseen, I believe a labor discount should have been offered as a reasonable gesture of goodwill.
