I was told the glass repair team would be there at 9 am. They arrived at 10:40. When I questioned this I was told it’s actually a window from 9-12. That is fine, but I wasn’t told in advance. Please train your intake people to mention this. My advisor, Anthony, was fantastic to work with. High praise to him.
