Andrew did a great job with my customer satisfaction. The team as a whole needs work. I called to cancel the air filter replacement for the cabin and the engine, which my wife agreed to have replaced before letting me know, which I know is a fast simple swap. I also called well before my car had been serviced. Whoever took my phone call when I did call to cancel failed to properly notify the service department, who swapped out the filters anyway. This caused me to wait much longer when I was already notified that my vehicle was ready to go. Andrew was swift to fix the problem, but this should have never happened. Communication is a must with any business, and in this instance, Norm Reeves Honda West Covina failed.
