We took our '22 civic in for an oil change and Aligment. We added the aligment this time because the last time we took the car in to get a recall checked for something with the steering column and we were advised that it was time for an alignment because it's recommended for the car once a year, so we take it in and Anthony was very good at the inception of our service, but when the car was finally ready we were waiting outside in the entrance and Egorio came up and asked if we needed help? He checked if it was done and it was so since Anthony was busy with another couple, so Egorio went ahead and said we could pay the $134.95 for the car, we were a bit confused because we expected Anthony to help us but ok? Egorio explained everything that was done to our car but couldn't really explain to us about the yellow highlight in the current measurements of the civics alignment? He tried but lost us in a way because there should be no issues with this car and he really didn't want to say much and kept looking at Anthony's booth but he was very busy with an older couple that was upset about something with their car and so we decided to just go home, we were tired and just wanted to go home at that point since we already had paid... We wished to have had the opportunity to have spoken with Anthony to have been able to help us with this issue of or cars left side Camber Measurements not being on point? Because our car now has this issue and if it's the reason we have been having handling issues since we got the car then this explains why the sensor has gone off making it hard to control the vehicle at times making it hard to follow the turn and tightening the steering with force!?? Scary and twice the car was checked out and we were told nothing was wrong? But now we feel a bit afraid of the car especially now that we were told the Camber is @ 4.9*degrees, on the left and the right is 5.1*degrees? Tires and wear and tear will become a major problem as time goes on, but this is a brand new car??? Because the car is still under full warranty of the under carriage etc... Thank you!
